Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies
Return and Exchange Policies:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for your money back within 30 days of delivery of your package. Items being returned must be in new and unused (not encased) condition. Shipping damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
If the return is due to a Profound Glass error or damage, which results in merchandise being returned to Profound Glass, we will pay for the shipping back to us. If the return is due to anything other then our error or damage, the customer is responsible for paying the postage required to return the merchandise to Profound Glass.
The amount refunded to you will be less shipping and transaction costs, where applicable.

Due to consistently changing inventory Profound Glass does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we ask that you return the unwanted item(s) and simply place a new order with us as this will allow you to repurchase from our live and up to date inventory.
Order Cancellation Policy:
An order can not be canceled once an order has been shipped. Please see above on how to return unwanted merchandise to Profound Glass. If you wish to cancel an order which has not yet been shipped you must reply to the order confirmation email you received after your order was placed. If for some reason you can not find the order confirmation email noted above then you must send an email to email@example.com with the subject being "order cancellation" requesting that your order be cancelled, prior to your order being shipped. An order is considered "shipped" when a shipping label has been created.
