1. Does Profound Glass ever store credit card numbers?

Answer : No, never. We never have and never will store your credit card information.

2.What shipping options are available
Answer : We ship our products through USPS or FedEx. All orders will include signature confirmation or delivery confirmation.

3. Can I track my order online ?
Answer : When your order is shipped you will receive an email from us verifying your order has been shipped as well as a delivery/signature confirmation number which can be tracked at www.usps.com or www.fedex.com. You can also check on your order here with your order code and email address.

4. How much does shipping cost ?

5. How long will it take to get my order ?

Answer : Generally it will take 1 business days to process and ship your order and it can take 1 to 10 days to receive your order depending on whether you chose 1st class, priority mail or FedEx. We think 1st class mail has basically the same delivery time as priority mail so keep that in mind. If you have a special circumstance where you need your order sent out a.s.a.p. just drop us an email here and we will do our very best for you.

6. How do I check a gift card balance ?
Answer : Log into your profoundglass.com customer account. At the bottom of the customer home page will be an area that you can enter the gift card code and check the balance. If you have not registered with us and would prefer to not to create an account with us, send us an email or call us at 877-844-5573. We can easily provide the balance.


7. Why does Profound Glass charge sales tax in Texas only?

Answer : We are required by law to charge sales tax for orders being shipped to an address located in Texas as we are located in Texas. If you wish to avoid paying Texas sales tax please send us a completed "Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate" available here. Please call or email if you have questions about sales tax in Texas.


8.What happens if I receive my order and there is a problem?


Answer : When your purchase arrives inspect it for damage. We package all of our products thoroughly to prevent damage. Take good look at your purchase and decide if you like it or not, maybe it doesn't look anything like you expected, or it got damaged in shipping. Fear not, you can return it for an exchange within 30 days or your money back within 15 days of delivery of the package.... Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If you return your purchase for a refund, instead of an exchange, the amount refunded to you will be less shipping and transaction costs, where applicable.
