1. Does Profound Glass ever store credit card numbers?
Answer: We don't store credit card info for your security.
2.What shipping options are available
Answer: We ship our products through USPS or FedEx. All USA based orders will include tracking information as well as international order shipped with FedEx.
3. Can I track my order online ?
Answer : When your order is shipped you will receive an email from us verifying your order has been shipped as well as a tracking information which can be tracked at www.usps.com or www.fedex.com. If you cant find your shipping email please check your spam (esp hotmail and outlook users) or give us a call/email and we can resend the info.

5. How long will it take to get my order ?
Answer : Generally it will take 1 business days to process and ship your order. Domestic shipments take 1 to 10 days to be delivered depending on whether you chose 1st class, priority mail or FedEx. International shipments have varying delivery times depending on the type of shipping chosen during checkout and each countries customs process. 6. How do I check a gift card balance ?
Answer : Log into your profoundglass.com customer account. At the bottom of the customer home page will be an area that you can enter the gift card code and check the balance. If you have not registered with us and would prefer to not to create an account with us, send us an email or call us at 877-844-5573. We can easily provide the balance.
7. Why does Profound Glass charge sales tax in Texas only?
Answer : We are required by law to charge sales tax for orders being shipped to an address located in Texas as we are located in Texas. If you wish to avoid paying Texas sales tax please send us a completed "Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate" available here. Please call or email if you have questions about sales tax in Texas.
8.What happens if I receive my order and there is a problem?
Answer : Please email or call us right away if there is a problem with your order. You can return our order for an exchange within 30 days or your money back within 15 days of delivery of the package.... Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If you return your purchase for a refund, instead of an exchange, the amount refunded to you will be less shipping and transaction costs, where applicable.
9. Does Profound Glass have wholesale pricing?
Answer: We provide volume discounts on orders above $500 and above. Please follow this link for more info on our wholesale/bulk pricing.
10. Does Profound Glass offer artist sponsorships for things like Champs?
Answer: We don't.
11. We are having a glassblowing event. Will Profound Glass Sponsor it?
Answer: That depends on a number of factors. Please email us all the relevant information about your event and we will take a look and get back to you.
12. I am teaching a glassblowing class soon, can Profound Glass help with supplies?
Answer : That depends, please email us all the relevant info and we will review it and get back to you.
13. Are the opal shapes you sell calibrated?
Answer : Yes they are but if you have specific requirements or tight tolerances please either let us know when checking out or email/call us to make sure our stock meets you requirements.
14. Can I place a custom order?
Answer : Definitely. We do custom projects for customers all the time (there is a minimum order and lead times vary). Please mail or call us to discuss your project.
